Re: sensitive teeth

Hey - don't despair.

When I checked back, most of those that had posted, posted again to say what had worked for them to continue OP'ing and decrease teeth sensitivity.

I definitely saw a post about calcium. Just go to the forum, search for "teeth sensitivity" and you can check some of those.

Definitely, warm water is what you should drink anyway. And the lemon is so good for you, if you wish you can just swish with water with a bit of baking soda to neutralize after taking it.

I did go from daily to once a week for OP'ing but please read the other's responses, you may find what'll help you there.

As for nutrition/chewing: maybe you can do some juicing? 3 times a day may be great until you can get the sensitivity under control.

I'd look at the toothpaste that Torrie suggested, she knows so much about teeth/health.

Personally, I had to break down, and use about the size of half my pinkie nail of sensodyne per day, and that helped me. But will have to take a look at her suggestion as well.

I will take a look and see if I can post some links for the viatmin info.
