So, over the next few days, just keep asking yourself:
1. So, what type of empowerment do I need? (Personality traits .. confidence etc.)
2. What type of life changes do I want to make? (Goals/Intentions)
3. What type of plan am I going to put together? (Physical, emotional etc.)
Maybe write a heading on a different sheet of paper for each one of those and start jotting down whatever comes into your head. Keep it by your bed side so you can add to it first thing.
It's time to make a plan of action!
