Help: I found hundreds of these in my stool

I suffer from fatigue, very unclear thinking, severe constipation and much more for several years.

Yesterday I looked at my own stool and I found hundreds of little 'things' like these:

There are hunderds of small ones (0.5-1.0 mm) and also some bigger ones (5 mm). I don't know whether these are animals. The texture is relatively soft; they are very easily damaged when touched. The texture reminded my of cooked salmon (a bit less soft). I am quite sure these are not undigested fibres or nuts or something.

Does anyone what this is? Is it a parasite? A fungus? Eggs?

I know my body/liver is loaded with toxins; I know this because:
-When I massage my liver a bit, I get very sick (headaches) the next day.
-after bathing (hot) I get also release of toxis in my blood (also headache)
-Treatment with the 'Multi Wave Oscillator' also resulted in the same sickness
-My body cannot stand chemicals anymore (like cosmetics, paintings, ect).
-I am having a healthy diet; I do not 'consume' many toxins.

So I very much suspect that some 'parasite' is in my body/intestins and these parasites are probably poisoning me.

Every insight is very welcome. I am planning to do the parasite cleanse, but I am very eager to know what this actually is.
