Re: is a liver flush real or not?

well, i for one am a proponent of liver flushes
they did help me tremendously as well as many others
but what might be good for one person might not be good for another person
and every treatment has it's time and place
i also believe in listening to your body
and every treatment has it's purpose although it may or may not be a cure all for some but it may be for others.......
we are all individuals
personally, Liver Flushing lowered my cholesterol, blood pressure, insulin, uric acid and got me out of bed. I was bedridden when starting to flush a year ago and am no longer
am i cured?
no, i'm not, i still have a ways to go.....my thyroid is still a mess, endocrine system and guess what? they are all symptoms of a blocked or congested liver. so, my liver is still not healed.
for now, I have taken a different route.
I am seeing an Applied Kinesiologist who tested my body, all the supplements and protocols I am doing and outlined a new protocol specifically for my body.
over the next 4 months we will see how it works out.
I am confident it will as my intuition tells me so as well as it makes sense to me.
if you have hit a road block then you must explore new avenues for your health
some things do so much for us and then it's time to move on to something different or to a change in our protocol.
while for others it might be THE CURE
since we are all different we must listen to our bodies
I for one am grateful for liver flushing. It did a tremendous amount of good for me but it didn't take me all the way and I changed my protocol on the advice of my Applied Kinesiologist.....so, for the next 4 months I am taking a break and following a new protocol specifically designed for MY BODY. MY BODY SPEAKS.....and this makes sense to me. It feels right.
I may or may not depending on what my body says it needs in 4 mos go back to LF'ing.
I will post my triumphs at a later date but I am grateful for how far Liver Flushing has brought me and I give thanks for that. For everything there is a season.

just food for thought
blessings,
