it sounds like you are over flushing, and not giving your body enough time/nutrients to properly flush
look into taking cold water kelp for iodine/sodium and taking a cal/mag supp (like a chelated one)...provide you liver with these minerals (especially the magnesium) for proper detoxification
also you may want to try eating more greens and NO processed foods...stick to ALOT of veggies/greens, wild salmon, whole grain heavy bread, whole oatmeal, green drinks, and some in season organic fruits
