Iam a heavy user of CS and have had no sideeffects. maybe you made it wrong, or used a high PPM something over 20PPM> was it yellowish. should be clear. or another worse case senerio could be you are getting liver disease, or problem with pancreas. these could be tell tale signs. Go to your doctor immediately.
