Day 1 of fasting!

Hey everyone this is not my first time fasting, I fasted last december for 7 days and lost a good 15 pounds. And I want to do it again but longer. I really need your help. I'm trying to do a 10-14 day fast but I work and I wanna know if anyone else who fasted who also had to go to work and if they lasted in their fast? Please let me know.
