Day 1 of fasting!

Hey everyone this is not my first time fasting, I fasted last december for 7 days and lost a good 15 pounds. And I want to do it again but longer. I really need your help. I'm trying to do a 10-14 day fast but I work and I wanna know if anyone else who fasted who also had to go to work and if they lasted in their fast? Please let me know.- Re: Day 1 of fasting! #76897

I also did a 7 day fast this past month and was working as well. Although I work in the medical profession so I don't know if you may be working at a more or less strenuous job. But, either way it is a difficult thing to have accomplish. So congrats to us :)- Re: Day 1 of fasting! ramona

MoreThis is a reply to # 839,648oh I actually work at the mall but my store is hardly busy I sit down most of the time. It's my second day I just got back from work I don't feel hungry or dizzy So far so good! thanks a lot for replying I hope I can do it for 2 weeks!
