ACK!!!!!!!!!!!! No mouthwash (particularly alcohol based) - NO flouride toothpaste!
After the pull, rinse with Seasalt water and brush with NON-flouride product: 100% pure olive oil soap (yeah, I thought the same thing, at first), 100% pure baking soda, or natural non-flouridated toothpaste.
