Re: Morgellons Explanation, cause.
I found your post interesting with the exception that I couldn't get into that link???. I too have had some strange fibers that emerged after recently trying a parasitic cleanse and then taking a bath with tea tree oil to stop the skin itching [this worked by the way].
I took microbiology last year and there was an article in the book that gave information about a new technology and experimentation with e-coli making fibers to produce new blue jeans...this is the first thing I thought of that could be causing this condition as the fibers do look like blue jean fibers. Of course there are all sorts of unexplained stages, but I immediately emailed one of the researchers from morgellons.org about this jean making bacteria that I learned about in microbiology and have not heard anything back from anyone--this was 3 months ago, however I understand that they must be swamped.
I don't have a full blown case of this but fear it is progressing as I now have more lesions that pop up, albeit very small and there seem to be no fibers associated with it. These small sores appear, then fade only to reappear somewhere else on another day--I have never had skin problems in my entire life so this is rather alarming to me, even though it is nothing like what I have seen in other photos. I want to figure this out before it escalates [as I have an immune disorder] so I have been trying different things, i.e. Chlorophyll seems to help somewhat but it seems that 'they' [?] don't like enzymes--it exacerbates the itching and sores--or is it killing them? I also have a new unusual amount of long thin facial blonde hair on my cheeks, along with an abnormal skin pigmentation that I have never had before. I feel movement in my ears and itch everywhere and have started documenting when I get an intense biting itch, by taking a piece of clear scotch tape and looking at it magnified 100X. Low and behold, it is the same organism as in the photos as I have seen that described morgellons. Before this gets out of hand and while the CDC takes their time researching this phenomenon, I would be interested to hear what you have done to keep this condition at bay..?
