Now you know what Superfood is, let me give you my cut on this and other green products.
I find them all less efective than juicing green raw veggies. With raw juice you are getting more live enzyems than freeze dried products have. I notice a big difference juicing veggies. Make sure to throw in 1/2 of a lemon for taste.
Its called green lemonade.
