ok, what exactly is Superfood? Can I take it i nstead of a multi? I'm not a vegetarian, but I rarely eat red meat, I'm looking for something to add because I'm working towards eating better. I eat ALOT of spinach salads with garbanzos, sesame seeds, sunflowers seeds, and other stuff I have around, like sundried tomatos, mushrooms, etc. I eat alot of tuna also, ahi and canned in spring water. Don't get a wide range of veggie which is why I feel drained I believe. I found a superfood at Amazon from
