After thinking about this, and to put it bluntly, pharma-medico changes our body chemistry SO much that it enslaves and addicts us to their treatments and methods making it dangerous in some cases to pursue alternative treatments. Codex comes to mind; I do not like Codex... bad news.

After years, perhaps decades as the second and perhaps third and fourth generations of humans caught in the grasp of drugs, chemical laden foods, and all sorts of environmental toxins it is extremely difficult, if not almost impossible for some to get off the tracks without a keen, firm commitment to caution and common sense along with dogged perseverance. In my two years on this journey (there were blips for a year or two before this) there have been times were I questioned the value and worth of this cleansing, effort... it is, in some cases, and at times very daunting and painful. There is anger, sadness and all kinds of roller coaster emotions to go through along with the sometimes painful physical withdrawals and changes on our journeys back to some point of normalcy.

We are, in effect reclaiming our lives back, one step at a time\as best we can from the ravages of todays society and its unconscionable profiteering through ownership\slavery of our minds and bodies.

It is without doubt though, worth every step forward and the many falls back.
