epididymitis and prostatitis ...

Anybody understand if cs will eliminate epididymitis and prostatitis infections and chronic pain related to these nasty problems? I have suffered for yrs. with I believe these infections and recently taken cipro to which it worked for about 3-4 wks but reared its ugly head shortly after and do not want to take perscription drugs at all!
If cs will help what dosage would be best (ie. ppm/ frequency/ preferred brand/ amount etc.) and how long should I take it for?
I really hope I can get some feedback on this issue and rid this burden once and for all.
