Good points Detour. I do have a copy of the book somewhere but haven't looked at it lately. It's nice to have the book itself, just makes it more official or something.

Anyway thanks for the reminder about supporting Curezone. I usually donate a $1 a day for each day I am on a Master-Cleanse after I finish one, and I forgot to do it this last time. I just made the donation after I read your post.
