Dental problems, nasal problems, colds, flu, stress, lack of protein, energy, minerals, dehydration, sleeping "ON" your ears, shoulder muscle stress, fatigue, blood circulation, insufficient sleep, etc. can make it difficult for your ear bones to recover. Pamper your ears, but don't irritate them by doing anything to excess. Time heals.
