SUCCESS! My post didn't include the jpg. diagram, but that's not important right now. The small bones in the ear are very delicate. Your bones have suffered trauma and need to recuperate ( are sensitive now and you need to avoid loud noise in order to let them do that). Dental problems, nasal problems, colds, flu, stress, lack of protein, energy, minerals, dehydration, sleeping "ON" your ears, shoulder muscle stress, fatigue, blood circulation, insufficient sleep, etc. can make it difficult for your ear bones to recover. Pamper your ears, but don't irritate them by doing anything to excess. Time heals.
