help?

hey okay well a month and a half ago i got hit in my right ear real hard by accident, and when i got hit, my ear just started ringing, but went away after a couple of seconds. then for abought 2 weeks or so, i got an occasional ringing in my right ear, that also lasted for only a couple of seconds. now its about a month later and the ringing has come back. again it really doesnt happen alot and only lasts for say 5 seconds, but im a really paranoid person, and ive been reading alot about how its a symptom of tinnitus, brain tumors and even aneurysms. can anyone help me out with this? should i see a doctor? its probably nothing, but im so paranoid right now, i need to be sure that im alright just to clear my head.
