I remember you asked a while ago about coconut oil and pulling with it. One thing I learned is that it solidifies at 76 degrees. So when it is warm out (or in your kitchen) you will not have the melting problem.
I put the jar in a warm-water bath when I need to "defrost" it. Others have put it by a heat duct or a warm appliance.
You could do this and then when it is soft/liquid, reserve some for OP so that when you need to liquify it doesn't take as long.
