thank you so much for the link. I just got finished watching it (and taking 7 pages of notes. lol). It's very much like what I did for the tumor on my ovary but that book was just about healing yourself and there were suggested visualizations you did. this is so much more. I really appreciate you sharing that link.
I was remembering being at the cardiologist's office a couple of months ago. My heart rate was too high and they were running tests. The last test was a stress test. I was all hooked up to the monitors and he had to step out for a few minutes. Since I could see my heart rate and my blood pressue I decided to try the technique .. meditationg and visualizing my heart rate going down and watched the monitor go from 117 to 79. As soon as I stopped, it would slowly rise again. Amazing, though. I wish I had thought to focus my thoughts on it staying there instead of just on making it go down.
