fecal odor between teeth

Hi all. My breath has seemed to improve somewhat - I used to have different kinds of odors but some of them don't seem to come up as much or as often. However, one thing that stubbornly doesn't go away is a fecal smell that I think comes from between my teeth, as opposed to the tongue or something. I'd floss and then smell it. Some of the spaces between teeth don't smell at all. And the fecal smell usually comes from a few specific spaces of particular teeth. As the day goes on, the odor becomes more severe and my mouth would be permeated by that fecal smell.

Has anyone experienced this??!! I'm at a loss and am frustrated by this.
