Use a waterpik! It is a miracle for cleaning under the gumline and in between teeth. You'll actually smell that awful smell coming out, but do it 2x a day and it'll fix that kind of odor. Don't forget, it doesn't replace flossing. All pharmacies and walmart, etc sell them.
