TC McDaniel makes his own Zeta Crystals and is willing to sell them to his patients. I have found them to be very easy to use. Pour the contents of the package in 2 pints of distilled or reverse osmosis water and you have full strength Zeta water! Usual recommendation is to take one table spoon with a pint of R/O water, three times a day.
We take these packages when we travel. Very convenient!
