Re: MH, how do I and how often do I take topknot?

I use the spray on my temples anytime I see gray and I use the annointing oils on the top spot of the skull where it was soft as a baby.

I use the oils once or twice a month and the topknot maybe 3X a month now.

NEVER spray the hair, it will only turn sticky because of the glycerin preservitive in the formula.

Washing your hair? Some use clay water, some bar soap, soap organic soaps, etc., I just use warm water nightly until I sweat.
