MH, how do I and how often do I take topknot?

Ive got your anointing oils and topknot formula, u say to take it once a week, where do i rub the anointing oil and the topknot in? Do i put the topknot directly on the grey hair aswell as the temple?

Also how do i clean my hair without conventional hair shampoos and conditioners?
