How much water are you drinking?
I have candida, too - but find I MUST get in the proper amount of water and salt. That "proper" amount is half your weight in
ounces of water every day. I weigh 168, so that's 84
ounces of water daily. My biggest problem is chocolate, but I used to get a headache EVERY time I ate sugar. I don't anymore. I don't
advocate eating sugar, but the headaches have stopped with the iodine. I was already doing very good with the water and salt (thus, my name). (Have you checked out watercure2.org?) All they seem to be missing over there is the iodine!
Plus, I take in 1/4 teaspoon of salt for every quart, so that's 5/8 of a teaspoon daily for me.
I put my salt IN my water, but I like it that way.
My husband prefers to take a salt"shot", and chase it down with fresh water right away.
Still others get it all on their food. My daughter likes her organic free-range eggs heavily salted.
