It's the same as when people juice fast - the "experts" get in a tizzy because it's not a "balanced" diet with dairy and grains and meat, but I get more calories when juice fasting than when I'm eating solid foods. And juices are so nutrient dense, it's insane.

My only concern with alternative health becoming more prevalent in the media is that the media tends to rip EVERYTHING apart... they'll work even harder to brainwash people into thinking the only right way to eat is the government-sanctioned SAD diet. And like sheep, people will follow.
