Re: How can this be possible???pH question
Wow, I believe you are right. It's fascinating. However, I often wonder where does my husband get the minerals to build his thick, glowing, healthy hair and nails. He does not have one single grey hair. He never ate one single piece of my raw broccoli, never tasted to a green smoothie... sometimes I look at him and think that maybe I must have a huge mineral malabsorption.
Unfortunately our daughter seems to have inherited my genes rather than his...we have the same pH and the same white spots on fingernails. We all had slow cooked chickpeas for lunch today. After 3 hrs. we both were 6.5, but he was 7.5.
He is 20 years older than I am. I have noticed that many of his peers seem to have stronger, healthier bodies than younger people. I think that modern dietary choices have corrupted genes to a much deeper level that is commonly believed. I had a few schoolmates when I was in high school that looked 30 years old, their skin, their faces... No joke.
