Stool color question, anyone have insight, please respond

Hey, this is about stool color, my stools are about and inch in diameter (not big in diameter stools... I`m a lean 6'3" tall male), but can be long...they are also pale colored (which is why I am liver flushing)

I do not have constipation, however, I can go 2-3 times a day, if I eat more that day, it goes out more...within the same day sometimes...does this mean it is being rushed out?

Also since my stools arent big (in diameter), would a psyllium/bentonite shake cleanse help?
