To begin with,everything that touches any part of the CS or vessels used for it,s transfer,should be cleaned throughly and rinced with distilled water(DW).Do not boil DW ,it,s already pure.May I suggest keeping a sterling silver spoon in your gallon of DW to keep it pure.Do not use any metal to hold or transfer DW or CS.I use cold DW, as this slows the process,and prevents the gold color.Process the CS until you see a slight yellowish flush on the electrode.Do not agitate the mix at any time.Let it stand for a few minutes,and transfer to clean glass container.No 2 batchs of CS are exactly the same.There are a lot of forces involved,and the process has yet to be fine tuned.Distilled water,made in the best distillers,is only 50%, if it runs through metal,useually stainless,which is largely nickel,you don,t want nickel in your system either....good luck,,,Dave..
