H. Pylori CS dosage-after 300 ml for 2 weeks & Gold color- 2tuff, Steve and others??
I have been taking 150 ml cs twice a day, total 300 ml for the last two weeks for H. Pylori, followed by aloe vera juice and then vitamin C.
I think I should not continue to take this in such large amount after 2 weeks. Do I have to continue taking cs or should I stop altogether? If I continue what should the maintenance dosage be and for how long?
I have been reading the posts below regarding the color. When I make the cs it is colorless. I boil steamed distilled water and then use really hot water to make the cs. I have a very old sota maker so I cannot measure ppm. The instructions say 2 cups for 15-20 minutes so if I am making a larger quantity I just multiply. Whilst I am making it I remove the rods a few times to stir with barbecue like stick (very thin wooden) and watch to see if any steam is raising up from the rods. Once it starts I leave it for 5 more minutes and switch off the machine. It usually takes 15-20 minutes for 2 cups. I have noted that one rod does get black stuff on it which I clean when I remove them to stir the liquid but the other rod looks dark although black stuff does not come of it.
After reading the post below my concern is that when I store the cs in amber glass bottle and use it after a few weeks or so the liquid that comes of is dark amber (when it was clear when I made it). Is this harmful to take?
Anyone’s input will be much appreciated... One when to stop taking 300ml and how much maintenance dose if any, secondly is the color after storage anything to be concerned about?
I am sorry but I am not technical so I do not understand most of the stuff you folks are talking about re ppm.
I have noticed in the last week few spider like creatures floating in the BM.
