I personally use collidal silver in this way.May i suggest a bedroom air purifer as well.Most folks don,t realize that forced air home furnace ducts are often made of fiberglass,and lined inside with plastic.These are the ducts used for turning corners in the attic space and elsewhere.After being heated and cooled to extreams,the plastic breaks down, exposing us all to fiberglass.Avoid heating the house during sleep hours if possible,,best of luck,,Dave..
