As far as I know, acidopholus does NOT exist in the colon. Only B. bifidus ... not sure how much to add per how much water. Anyone know the ratios of water to probiotics? And would a person still add salt to this mix as well? and p.s. valerie - how many pints to a quart? I thought it was 1tpsn salt to 1 quart water... :-P
