Hi Valerie! You say do NOT use plain water for the enemas? What should I use? Usually I use distilled water. I also do coffee enemas and urine enemas. What should I use or add to my enemas to make them more nourishing? I do an enema every night and right now, I am fasting so I want to make sure I don't unbalance myself while I am not taking in anything by mouth. Thanks so much!
