YES! True Colloidal Silver is not as effective as Colloidal Ionic Silver and how can it be when its not Intra-cellular? You cant defeat viruses with true RARE Colloidal Silver . Why do you think when you go even lower than Ionic and go Monoatomic that bigger effects happen. You don't want large particles in any metallic form as this can cause problems and lack of results.
