I have just started taking ( MESO-Silver ) & ( BIONAID-Silver Hydrosol ) . . . . So I hope I am covering Both Ends of the spectrum , as I hear Ionic is CRAP ! , and then I hear It is the BEST ! . . . Now I hear MESO is CRAP , and heard before it was the BEST . . . It never ends . . . . So I'm doing BOTH ! . . . . Anyone have an opinion ? to maybe help me out ? . . . Thanx .
