Re: Questions from a newbie
Yes, certainly I do not have most of the answers
for others. I can share what I have learned from
reading others experiences and going through my
own...
Fasting on water can be difficult specifically
because the level of contaminants in our food,
environment and air etc. make many of us toxic
enough that detoxing can be an *itch. The
Master-Cleanse is
a strong cleanse but does offer nutritional
support and of course is a perfect cayenne delivery
system and so we have an incredible herbal healing
using the pepper and lemon over using just water.

Since the cleanse is a modified juice fast there
is no reason to fast before beginning. If you feel
apprehensive about it, you can use the lemonade as
meal replacements and work up to a day, a weekend,
and then go into the 10 day when you feel you are
ready. For longer cleanses, I like to do what I
call 10 & 10. I do one ten day cleanse then set my
goals on another. Sometimes, even with experience,
it is best to fast one day at a time to keep yourself
in a mental *comfort zone*.
More than likely, your experience was normal as many
have major bumps in the road the first few days. This
will pass and it is what you may need to go through
to get to the other side where the major benefits
are to be found. Drinking 6-12 glasses of lemonade and
plenty of fresh water in addition to your lemonade
and
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and lax tea is important to keep things flowing
down and out...
I wish you success in your cleansing~~
be happy, be well,
Zoe
