I loved this, I invited the Dr. to join my web site and read BOOK II and enlighten them into some of the mysteries they have about thyroid health world wide, etc. I also had to put some iodine on my wrist while listening to this. You now know the secret behind the Mrs. Barefoot Formula, De-Wormer and Longevity Formulas, because they all desire to supply plnat based iodine. I make Lugol's Solution and my boys all excell in school, because of this and the Mrs. Barefoot Formula. We don't use the lugols much anymore, but allot of the Mrs. Barefoot.
