As I have suggested in the past, iodine is very beneficial in aiding the thyroid and nerves, etc...
My recent findings has concluded that since breatharianism is very possible in the right environment, even near the city, our bodys do NOT need the addition of iodine if, and I stress this, if the body is very very clean.
Now, if someone was eating vegan or fruitarian if will still be advised to supplement due to the fact that not all fruits digest very well.
Examples, raisins, bananas, mangos, papaya, and tomatoes. If you need more please shout : )
When this food is left over circulating with the river of life it affects the nerves and glands(thyroids).
It is like a clogged shower head.
Living off liquids has opened up great observations as to the best and cleanest way to understand health.
In addition I have been experimenting with certain fruits.
