Pain and itching - HELP PLEASE !!!

I had been taking Mag 07 for several months, only at night, to cleanse the bowels and then to maintain. At some point, I started having itching around the anal area after bowel movements. I would scratch, and this went on until about 1 week ago, the itching became much more intense, and spread to the perineum and vaginal area. I thought I had "jock itch" so I bought a 3day vaginal cream for yeast infections. I was also pretty sure I had parasites, since my last parasite cleanse was about 1 yr ago. It is definitely parasites - classic symptoms of biting and wiggling being intense at night. I started taking the black walnut ticture/ clove oil/ wormwood caps and applying the blk walnut/clove oil to the entire affected areas. It seems to help for a few hours, then the itching returns. I became very concerned that I felt what seemed to be "parasite tracks" so I looked at my bottomside with a mirror, and saw that I had red, raw round "craters" along the inside areas of my buttocks! At this moment, I am not itching at all because I applied the BW/Clove, and stuck the soaked cotton into the rectum. But, I am so sore it really hurts to sit! I am sorry this probably sounds offensive, but I am truly desparate, and worried, since I have purged parasites before, but never with these consequences. My questions are: 1) How do I prevent infecting my husband and cats? Obviously, soap does not kill these parasites. I have always wiped with soap and water after BM and still had this happen. 2) How can one avoid this problem after bowel movements, since soap and water does not kill parasites? should I carry the BW/Clove oil and use it after BMs? 3) Why do I have pain/soreness in the rectal area - is it from the scratching? 4) Is the BW/ Wormwood/ Clove oil enough to eradicate this problem - or should I go see a doctor? Would that stuff someone mentioned that you buy from the feed store be better? Geez, I would not even know what doc to see - certainly not a conventional doctor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated - I am in agony from all these miserable symptoms and lack of sleep!
