I have had severe GB trouble most of my life.
When you travel take some Epsom Salts with you and take a table spoon or a little more if you feel an attack. Also try and stay oiled with some good natural oils like olive. Check out Andres Mortiz site on here and search epsom salt. Wish I had known about ES years sooner.It saved me. Have a nice trip. Tweet
