Don't.
Ok, first let me be frank and say you need to rethink what your priorities are.
Your health should always be number one.
You can’t do anyone any good, much less your family if you have health problems.
Removing your GB is NOT a healthy thing to do.
You have so much info to try to breakdown within an unreasonably short time I’ll give you “my” condensed version.
1. You could die from the surgery. (Why this is overlooked by most beats me)
2. In my opinion there are 3 main categories of problems.
a. All your problems stem from congestion within the GB.
b. The congestion is within the liver.
c. The person has both conditions with varying degrees of congestion.
This is why some people have the same problems after GB surgery.
It was their liver or combination of both. Removing the GB didn’t clear up all the problems.
Best case with having the GB removed is you having to be careful with what and the amounts you eat.
As the problem has been presented to you as solely due to the 1.3cm stone, you might want to rethink this.
Perhaps you might want to review posts by hanna.
She has a 2.5cm stone and thanks to
Liver-Flush she has enough overhead that this large stone now has no effect on her.
Meaning that the Doctor might have been right or might have been wrong about what is really causing you problem.
How would you feel having your GB removed only to find out it’s a congested liver?
Doctors can only “see” hard calcified stones.
It’s then a short jump to the conclusion that the GB needs to be removed.
But there may be sufficient overhead in the GB like hanna’s so your true problem is within the liver.
Start doing LF’s and follow 64369’s advice about ES is your best shot.
