I went throught the same thing in my mid 20's. I was put on the pill at 17 to start my period(I had it once at 14) I took the pill until I was 26. When I went off I didn't get a period for 9 months. Finally, it started and has been regular ever since. Are you underweight? I was and when I put on some weight I got it. Just about 5 additional pounds could help. I have a three year old son now.
