Re: cs and sinus infection, swolen lymph gland, sore throat

Thanks, I will try the MSM and xilitol. Sounds like the MSM will help my allergies which sometimes starts my sinus problem every year. I might also do a Liver Flush tonight. I am still infected, been blowing out some yellow stuff lately and throat is still sore on one side. Should I add some hyd. peroxide to my neti? I have read about others doing this.
