cs and sinus infection, swolen lymph gland, sore throat

This is my first post here. I have been reading this site for over a year and gleaned lots of great info.
Around Dec 10, 04 I came down with a sore throat, right side only and then a cold? which led to a sinus infection. I get a sinus infection almost every winter but can usually fend it off with my neti pot. This time it is more stubborn. I went to the doc and he prescribed amoxicillin. Determined not to take the antibiotic, I bought a cs110 generator about 3 weeks ago. The results the following 3 days were like a 180º turn around. I have virtually no green mucous now but a slight plugging feeling in my right ear, swolen tissue in right nostril, liths in my right tonsil and sore and slightly swolen right lymph gland. I have been drinking about 2-4 oz of CS a day. I don't know the strength because each batch I have made seems to come out different shades of light clear yellow. I use the hot water method, no salt for about 15 minutes.
This persistent sore right tonsil/gland thing has me concerned, does it just need more time? Also I suspect I may have candida because I always have a white toungue that can't be fully brushed clean.
