"Hmmm, I see there is no point in discussing this
matter with you since you belong to the "there is no cure for
diabetes" religion. Placebo effect of the negative kind.
By golly, there are tons of other people "controlling" their diabetes
wonderfully until the day they die. If this is the way you see things. Fine by
me."
First, are you diabetic? Are you cured? Or are you just
telling others how to live their life with no first hand experience?
Controlling and curing are two different things. I have no problem
controlling my diabetes without medication of any kind. I do it by diet,
and I have done it for a long time. However, all I have to do is eat
carbohydrates such as oatmeal, a potato, or pasta, (all worse than ice cream or
candy for raising my blood sugar) and I'm out of control. Like I said, I
can control my diabetes and I do. So, am I cured? Or am I simply in
control?
