Dentist Visit
Second visit since starting OP...
This cleaning went better than my last one, which was the best one ever. Um, that makes this one the best one ever!
The hygienist had to hunt for something to do... I had very little plaque on the right and left outsides of the back upper molars and a VERY little behind my front lower teeth, which, historically is the worst place for plaque build up in my mouth.
I only floss rarely, and I suspect regular flossing would have helped a little more.
For those who do not remember when this board was in diapers... I was going 3 times a year for cleanings before I started oil pulling as my teeth were VERY problematic, quickly building up plaque. The hygienist would dread my visits... Those visits, even though 3 times a year took between 40 - 60 minutes and a lot of sighs and bleeding of gums. Oh yeah, no blood this time either.
This visit, I was in and out of the chair in about 15 minutes; hygienist and dentist check combined. I would say oil pulling and staying away from commercial tooth paste has been a very good thing for me.
Even my daughter who went with me stated, "your done already!? Dang that was faster than last time."
I am very happy with the visit, but want to do even better next time. If I can get in and out of the chair with little more than a check it is bye - bye dentist.
