Re: My pics, now after 4 weeks of warrior diet.

Thanks Vader, Yes my intention is to build muscle. And if you have accomplished what you have claimed on the warrior diet then I think I can make it happen. Now its your turn to post some pics and give us all proof! Haha!

I have been including some protien with my vegetables in the day but not usually more than 1 or 2 handfulls of nuts. Should I do some whey protien during that time instead? I can't really see myself supplementing my evening meal with more protien through whey because I eat so much meat with that meal.

I am having trouble finding a way to differentiate my nightly meals from being high fat or protien. I dont eat any dairy whatsoever so I dont really know what I could make my high fat days like. It seems like every night I have high fat and high protien. I use alot of coconut oil. On high fat days should I just cut back a little bit on the meat and then throw in a whole avocado and extra coconut oil? Also, what is the benefit of doing this?

Thanks :)
