barbell and weights
i only have a barbell and a pull up bar, so my workouts are limited to a handfull of
excersizes..but i have become quite strong in a certain few;
namly ,the deadlift,power cleans,clean & press,military press ,curls and chin/pull ups.That's all i really need to get big and strong actually.
I gave up DB presses because it was a pain hoisting up the weights all the time.
It proved to be too much for my lower back to handle,which is strange because i can life hundreds of
pounds in the deadlift..go figure.
My shoulders,arms and back are the most developed,while my chest is defined.
My shoulders probaly being the most developed though because of doing exclusivly pressing movements. One could get super strong with just a barbell and weights and nothing more.I like it old school,less is more! i use as little as possible but make the most of it!
