exactly. been there. four drops Lugols into 12 ounces of HOllywood carrot juice. Can't even taste the iodine.

You could try iodinated sesame oil for pulling.

I am going to iodinate some lutein in the morning. It could be the key to night vision that the Maori are so famous for.
