Re: Nothing Happens!?
It is OK with me for you to quote me. I saw on a website that someone quoted my statement about the body being brilliant (3rd paragraph). Others really liked it on that forum. I liked how they chose to quote my statement instead of the 17 brilliant quotes from medical doctors on that site. I like this one: "fasting is brilliantly simple and simply brilliant."
Also the fructose in fruit has a very low glycemic index. That means that the
Sugar enters the blood very slowly. On the home page of that site,
Losing Weight it tells how the American Diabetes Assoc. says that fruit helps you to lose weight.
As far as the cube, salt is not a food. All minerals have minimum RDAs (Recommended Daily Allowance) except because of salt, sodium has a maximum RDA of 2,000 mg. That is 2 grams or one 14th of an ounce. That is less than the weight of a half a page of paper.
A quarter pounder burger is 4
oz. You can eat 5 times that amount of burgers, chocolate or ice cream and it will not kill. If you put 4
oz (112,000 mg) of salt in a pint of water and drink it, it will kill you! So that little bit of salt in that cube kept you from losing much water weight. You would lose more weight eating tons of food for 2 weeks but no (NONE AT ALL) salt.
